I am new to Pilates and/or exercise. Where should I start?

It is suggested that beginners start with the "No-Stress Strengthening" workout in the PACE category as it is designed to be the safest workout for all health needs and levels. Move on to level 1 & 2 videos in both the Corrective Exercise and PACE and Repertoire video categories as you feel you are progressing, getting stronger and can be more challenged. As always, if you are unsure as to using the exercise instruction provided on this site in relation to your own injuries, health conditions or needs, it is highly recommended that you seek advice from a clinical professional that knows your personal health history. Always listen to your own body and condition slowly. But keep it up!
